Participation is open to the categories of attendees specified for each individual event (such as students, faculty, or the general public). The organizers reserve the right to verify eligibility and to deny or cancel registration where the stated criteria are not met.
You are responsible for ensuring that the name, contact details, institution, and other information provided at the time of registration are accurate and current. The organizers are not liable for any issue arising from incorrect or outdated information supplied by a participant.
A registration is considered confirmed only once payment, where applicable, has been successfully processed and verified by the organizers. Submitting a form or initiating a payment does not, by itself, guarantee a seat or entry.
All participants, attendees, and visitors are expected to conduct themselves with courtesy and respect. The following will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the venue without refund:
Participants must comply with all instructions issued by organizers, volunteers, security personnel, and CUSAT campus authorities, as well as any venue-specific rules in force during the event.
Applicable fees are displayed at the time of registration and may include a convenience or processing fee. All payments must be made through the official payment channels provided on the website.
Registration fees are generally non-refundable and non-transferable, except where a refund is explicitly approved by the organizers — for instance, in the case of a payment error, duplicate transaction, or cancellation of an event by the organizers. Approved refunds may take a reasonable processing time to reflect in your account.
The organizers reserve the right to modify the date, time, venue, format, or speaker/judging panel of any event, with reasonable prior notice communicated through the website, email, or other registered contact channels.
The organizers shall not be held liable for any delay, modification, or cancellation of an event caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, strikes, technical or infrastructural failures, or public health emergencies.

The organizers are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings brought onto the venue premises.
Participants attend and take part in all activities at their own risk. Except in cases of proven gross negligence on the part of the organizers, the organizers, CUSAT, and their volunteers and staff shall not be liable for any injury, illness, or loss arising during the event.
